I used to have a cockatiel named P.T. But sadly she passed away 4 years ago. She was my prized possession and I miss her so much to this day. I really want another bird in the worst way, but I don?t think I can handle to get another cockatiel; it?s just too sad for me. I work full time and attend school full time. I?ve thought about a cockatoo but I know they require way too much attention than I can give. I live in a small apartment with my husband, cat, and dog. What is the best bird for me?
Apartment living other pets full time work definatley a low maibtenance bird, budgie cockatiel lovebird anything else requires alot morr one on one or is too loud and cnt be around other animals
You should get a lovebird.
They have big personalities and are a little easier to care for than cockatiels. Don?t get a conure! Everyone will hear it, lol. Even my green cheek, which is generally the quietist of all conures, IS LOUD and requires a lot of attention.
Lovebird:
Cute
Generally easier to care for than cockatiels
When they are tame they are extremely lovely
BIG personalities
Love cuddlying more than budgies
I?m also sorry about your bird. I know how it is to lose a bird.
I agree with the person above me, a lovebird. I have a love bird and I also go to school, but I still have time morning and night to play with him. I have dogs also, and I think the noise they make is sometimes entertaining to the bird.my lovebird is soooo sweet and loves to be with people. I would definitely recommend them. Hope this helped, good luck!!!
